Free Postal Entry Instructions

You may enter a Competition (whether a Standard Competition or an Instant Win Competition) for free by complying with the following conditions:

1. Send your entry by pre-paid first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:
XNEXTWIN LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.

3. Include with your entry the following information:

• Details of the Competition you wish to enter;
• Your full name;
• Your date of birth;
• Your postal address;
• A contact telephone number and email address; and
• Your answer to any Competition Question.

4. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

5. You may make multiple free entries for any Competition up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter. However, each free entry must be submitted and posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will be treated as a single entry.

6. Your entry into a Standard Competition must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date.

7. Free entries received within 48 hours of the Closing Date (for a Competition in which not all tickets have sold/allocated) will not be entered into the selected Competition; instead, you may be offered website credit of equivalent entries for the corresponding paid route. Free entries otherwise received after the Closing Date will not be entered.

8. Your free entry into an Instant Win Competition must be received before all tickets have been sold/allocated.

9. If the number of entries reaches any cap/limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the Competition.

10. Entrants must have created an account on the website/app for a free entry to be processed; all posted details must match the account details.
